Shipping Policy

Please note, we currently only ship to the UK. For international orders please order through our eBay store - https://www.ebay.co.uk/str/petshrimpuk

Shipping costs
We combine shipping costs for multiple items

Large Letter (Royal Mail 2nd Class) - £0.99
Small Parcel (Royal Mail 2nd Class) - £2.99
Medium Parcel up to 5KG (Royal Mail 2nd Class) - £5.99
Medium Parcel 5KG + (Royal Mail 2nd Class) - £9.99
Livestock Orders - £9.99

Dry Goods
We ship Monday to Friday, orders placed after 9AM Friday - Sunday will be sent the following Monday excluding bank holidays
We use a 2-3 day courier service for our dry goods, all packages are clearly marked ‘fragile’
Dry good will be sent using a 24hr courier service is purchased with livestock orders (excluding large products)

 

Livestock
We ship Monday to Thursday, orders placed Friday-Sunday will be sent the following Monday excluding bank holidays
All our livestock are sent using a 24hr courier services and are clearly marked ‘live animals handle with care’
We use insulated packaging and include 40hr heat packs in winter
Shrimp are sent in special breather bags and are double bagged

 

Alive Arrival Guarantee
We offer an alive arrival guarantee on all of our live shrimp / snail orders. In the unlikely event there are any issues or if you receive a deceased shrimp, please contact us with a photo of the Shrimp in the unopened transport bag within one hour of signing for the delivery. We will refund the shrimp accordingly. Please note we do not refund shrimp once they have been added to your aquarium. If you are at all unhappy with your purchase please contact us prior to adding the shrimp to the tank.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.

​

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it unopened and in the original packaging. 

​

Please note we will be unable to return shrimp once they have been added to the tank. If you are unhappy with your shrimp once they have arrived please contact us via the live chat function.

​

In the unlikely event that you receive a deceased shrimp, please contact us via email with a photo of the shrimp in the unopened bag. This will be subsequently refunded.
